OUR CHEF
Our Head Chef, Chef Darius (DJ) Johnson's passion as a child was to become an art teacher. Through years of experience as an artist, he has expanded his artistic skills to the culinary arts field. Located in Columbia SC, Chef DJ has committed to growing as a chef and bringing a new experience to the culinary field. He specializes in seafood, but focuses on becoming great at all dishes.
Featured on WIS, Wach Fox and other local news outlets, Darius highlights his daughter, Lailah Noelle Johnson as the purpose behind the catering brand.
Darius's expertise has expanded beyond SC, including weddings in Houston TX, Atlanta, NC, Florida, Ohio and New York. He’s also hosted several high school cooking classes. Darius looks to continue to build the community and inspire young men and women to pursue their goals.
